Top of the Town runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8.

VIP guests can participate in the early access VIP happy hour — located on the 10th floor of the Reunion Center — starting at 5:00 p.m.

Only guests with Gold VIP wristbands will be allowed to participate in the early access VIP happy hour. (Skyscraper, Penthouse, & Terrace Sponsors)

Check-in for Top of the Town will be at the Williams Center Green, located downtown at:

When you check in, you will receive your Top of the Town wristband, which serves as your ticket for entry into the participating buildings throughout the evening. Please be sure to check in and pick up your wristband before heading to the buildings.

Parking is available at the Williams Center South Garage, located directly below the Williams Center Green.

After picking up your wristband, you're free to start at any participating venue. This is a self-guided, non-linear event, so feel free to explore the rooftops in any order you choose. Food service ends at 9:00 p.m., so plan your stops accordingly!

Each participating location will display a Top of the Town sign at the entrance. You can also reference your event-night program you will receive at check-in for a full list of venues and a helpful map.

This is a walkable event. All participating venues are located in Downtown Tulsa and will be marked with Top of the Town signs near the entrances.

Dress ranges from business casual to date-night chic. Some guests come straight from work, while others dress up for the evening. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes! You’ll be walking from building to building.

·  Cash: The Mayo Hotel has a cash-only bar. Drink tickets are not accepted here.

·  Your ID: Some venues may card

·  Patience & awareness: Some elevators may have wait times. For safety and access reasons, please stay on designated paths within each building.

Each venue will offer tasty bites from local restaurants. Check your event-night program for details on which restaurants are at each venue. Food service ends at 9:00 p.m.

Each wristband includes 5 drink tickets, good for alcoholic beverages at participating venues.

• The Mayo Hotel is the only location with a cash-only bar (no drink tickets accepted).

• Hyatt Place will also offer a cash bar to those who want another beverage after using their ticket

• Red wristbands are for guests under 21 and do not include drink tickets.
